Mr Gan Eng Oon became a Partner of Design Partnership soon after it was formed in 1967 and a Director when it was incorporated as DP Architects.

Mr Gan is currently the Honorary Chairman of DP Architects Pte Ltd and also the Managing Director of DPD International Pte Ltd.

Mr Gan has been involved in many of the major projects of both firms. He has extensive experience in a wide range of building and interior design projects including major commercial complexes, large housing condominiums and institutional buildings.

As an active member of Singapore’s architectural community, Mr Gan was President of the Singapore Institute of Architects from 1984 to 1986. He also sat on numerous commitees of professional institutions and public agencies and served as an external examiner for the National University of Singapore. Mr Gan was also a board member of the Singapore Board of Architects, Preservation of Monument Board and the Housing and Development Board.
