Lesley Lim graduated with honours from the University of Newcastle, Australia in 1987 and a Diploma in Architectural Technician, Singapore Polytechnic in 1981. She first joined in the firm in 1982 as a Senior Architectural Technical Office. After 3 years of working with the firm she left to further her education in Australia, she worked briefly in Australia before rejoining DP Architects in 1989 as a graduate Architect.

In 1994, she was made an Associate and 2 years later in 1996 as a Senior Associate. She was appointed as a Director of the firm in 2001. She has been involved in a wide variety of projects covering large mixed commercial developments including convention exhibition centres, retail and offices, institutions infrastructure and large private condominium developments with specific environment in design development, implementation and project management. Currently, Lesley focuses in the dual management of design and project administration for projects in Singapore and China.
