Wu Zhi Wei

Mr Wu Zhi Wei joined DP Architects Pte Ltd in 2003. With more than 25 years of architectural design experience, he has led the design and management of a broad range of projects, including office, hotel, retail, residential, mixed-use development and master plans.

Before joining DP Architects, Zhi Wei has worked in Architects 61 Pte Ltd for ten years and actively involved in projects of various spectrums. His distinctive landmark design was the renowned “One Fullerton” mixed development, which has won the 4th SIA Micro Design Award.

In 2003, Zhi Wei embarked his career in DP Architects and was promoted to a Senior Associate in 2006. He was in charge of design and coordination works for a wide spectrum of local and overseas projects around the world. As a team leader and designer, his hands-on and design-focused approach ensures that high quality is achieved on projects, providing unique solutions to respond to the distinct challenges posed by each project. Due to his excellent design, leadership skills and the outstanding contribution to China projects, he was promoted to a Director (China) in 2013, and subsequently to a DP group Director in 2017.

Zhi Wei has the experience of leading multiple teams and consultants in design and project works. He has led the design teams responsible for many of major China projects, and competition-winning designs including San Ya Hai Tang Bay Resort Hotel, Nanjing Chuanghui Centre, Nanjing Chuangyuan Tower and Nanjing Software Park Central Core Urban Design. The Nanjing Fu Ying Building has received the CREDAWARD Merit Award. His consistent contact with clients also ensures careful management and smooth progress of the projects.
