ALL NEWS

The exhibition featuring DP Architects’ 50 years of design journey has been officially opened by guest of honor Datuk Hj. Mohd Najib Bin Hj. Mohd, Executive Director of Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur, on 18 January. The launch was attended by over 140 invited guests and was graced by VIPs PAM President Mr Ezumi and Singapore High Commissioner Mr Vanu Gopala Menon.

Originally part of the line-up of events celebrating DP Architects’ 50th Anniversary, the exhibition was first held at URA Building in 2017. It has now been converted into a travelling exhibition and DP Architects Sdn Bhd has brought the exhibition to its first overseas venue at PAM Centre, Kuala Lumpur. The six-week exhibition is now open to the public and visitors at the PAM Centre can expect more than 30 project architectural drawings and 17 architectural models of projects around the world including many of DP’s works in Malaysia.

Featuring landmark projects ranging from the Ampang Park Shopping Centre, the largest mall in the city during its time, to more recent projects such as Design Village in Penang, DP Architects has contributed to the skylines of multiple cities in Malaysia since 1973.

“A Common Line | One Global Studio” opens from 19 January to 28 February 2018, 9am to 6pm (closed on Sundays) at the PAM Centre.
