Director Jeremy Tan

Jeremy Tan graduated with honours from the National University of Singapore in 1990. Upon graduation, he joined DP Architects and focused on the design development of educational projects for the Ministry of Education, Singapore. In 1998, he became a Senior Associate and took on the role of DP’s Quality Assurance Manager. Appointed as the author of the firm’s Quality Assurance Control System, he led DP to attain the ISO 9001:2000 Certification in 9 months.

In 2004, Mr Tan was made an Associate Director and concentrated on developing hospitality and tourism-related projects, and township developments in Singapore, China, India and the Middle East. He also led the architectural conservation and interior design of Hotel Fort Canning which won the 2011 URA Architectural Heritage Award.

Mr Tan was appointed Senior Associate Director in 2011 and became a Director in 2013. Since joining DP, he has undertaken a wide array of residential and commercial projects, and has been involved in the development of branding and its expression in projects. Notably, he has established an impressive portfolio of institutional projects which ranges from secondary schools to polytechnics and universities as well as administrative offices for Ministries.
