Goh Yong Ping graduated from Monash University in Australia with a bachelor’s honours degree in Electrical and Computer System Engineering. Since then he has acquired over 16 years of experience in design and project management of large-scale M&E engineering projects locally and overseas.
His comprehensive experience in both consultancy and contractor firms has imparted him a keen appreciation of design integration and a versatility in navigating the design-build process. Yong Ping pays particular attention to system interfacing and service coordination.
Since 2008, he has been serving as Technical Director (M&E) of the Resorts World Sentosa project, participating in various aspects including design refinement, value engineering, tendering process and ease of construction to meet budget and schedule constraints. Other current projects include Rezi26, a 106-unit apartment in Geylang; Parkland Residences, a 680-unit DBSS development at Upper Serangoon; eCO, a large condominium development with five housing typologies at Bedok; a commercial development at Jalan Kota in Johor Bahru, Malaysia; and Sun City, a multi-use development in Hanoi, Vietnam.
