8 Saint Thomas featured as Cover Story in EdgeProp Magazine

Designed by DP Architects in 2008, the 250-luxury residential development 8 Saint Thomas was completed in January 2018. Despite the 10-year gap from design to completion, the project proved successful as the average price per square feet per unit sold was $3,191 as per August 2018. According to Ng Chee Seng, CEO of Bukit Sembawang Estates, “Prices averaging above $3,000 psf is encouraging in today’s property market.”
