EXECUTIVE PROGRAMME

DPA is part of the Singapore Global Executive Programme, an exclusive talent development by Enterprise Singapore. Developed in partnership with high-growth local companies, the programme enables young talent to hone industry expertise and gain global business insights to become a future-ready leader.

Through such dedicated talent development programmes and with our culture of life-long learning and collaboration, you will be able to gain deeper insights into the built environment industry, career guidance and a clearer pathway alongside access to global opportunities.

The extensive programme spans 36 to 72 months and is tailored to each individual to develop skills and nurture leadership excellence, while working towards bettering the future of our cities and communities.

WHO WE ARE
LOOKING FOR

Singapore Citizen or
Singapore Permanent Resident (PR)
Fresh graduates with less than 3 years of work experience
(graduates of Built Environment-related disciplines may be preferred)
A keen interest in the built environment, with an inclination towards contributing to the shaping of a thoughtful and responsive urban environment.
Collaborative individuals with a commitment to continuous learning and the ability to contribute meaningfully.
