DP China wins Merit at China Real Estate Design Awards 2018

Over a period of six months, DP China’s Nanjing ITrip Fuying Building faced fierce competition with over 600 entries from over 200 competitors in the fourth edition of China Real Estate Design Awards (CREDAward) 2017-2018. Eventually, the project managed to successfully stand out from its contenders and was awarded the Merit Award in the Commercial and Office Category. The awards ceremony took place on April 27 at Kerry Centre Hotel in Pudong, Shanghai.

During his thank-you speech, DP Architects director Mr Wu Zhi Wei said, “It is a great privilege to participate in this year’s China Real Estate Design Award. This is also DP Architects’ first time participating in a design award programme in China. We are deeply inspired and encouraged by the recognition. With this experience, we will work hard to improve and continue on our path to provide design excellence! We would like to thank the organisers and judges!”

CREDAward is an annual awards platform that recognises excellent architecture design and promotes sustainable design in China.
