Multiple DPA Projects Recognised at 8th CREDAwards

This year’s iteration of the CREDAwards was intensely competitive, receiving over 1300 works from nearly 400 companies all across the globe. Demonstrating the rigour of the awards process, only 518 works were shortlisted to present at the Gold and Silver Award Online Competition Presentation, held from August 5th to 6th 2022. The international jury for this award composed of Chairpersons, Academic Jurors, Real Estate Jurors and hundreds of industry professional reviewers from the Built Environment industry, ensuring strict evaluation standards.

DP Architects achieved commendable results, with all entries garnering recognition in this cycle. Emerging in the top 30th percentile of entrants, all six entries by DPA were accorded with a Merit Award in their respective categories spanning diverse typologies. Lazada One (Singapore), The Inlet Block 2 (China), CFreego Da Ban Qiao (China) and HomeTeamNS Khatib (Singapore) won in the Social Public Project category. Fuzhou Rong Qiao Mixed-Use Development (China) won in the Comprehensive Commercial Project category. Agile Mont Kiara (Malaysia) was the recipient in the Residence category.

The recognition accorded by CREDAwards to multiple DPA projects attests to the consistent quality undergirding DPA’s works, creating sustainable buildings dedicated to uplifting the human spirit.
