Paya Lebar Quarter clinches Land Transport Excellence Awards (LTEA) 2022

Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ) has clinched the Land Transport Excellence Awards (LTEA) 2022 for the category of “Best Design Land Transport Integration” on 28 March. The award honours the most outstanding organisations that exemplifies design excellence in Land Transport Integration with adjacent developments.

Done in collaboration with its partner Arup, PLQ is envisioned to decentralise and ease the burden of the Central Business District (CBD). Located next to Paya Lebar MRT Station, the project is part of the Urban Redevelopment Authority’s (URA) aspiration of bringing jobs closer to homes and creating sustainable and well-considered urban districts.

The awards ceremony took place at the Singapore Expo, Max Atria, and was graced by the Minister for Transport & Minister-in-charge of Trade Relations, Mr S. Iswaran. DP Architects extends its congratulations to all finalists and winners in the Land Transport Excellence Awards (LTEA) 2022.

The four-hectare mixed-use development comprises three office towers, a retail mall and a 429-unit residential development, which are connected at the second storey via an Elevated Pedestrian Network
